1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at weltyaisystems.com or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Welty AI Systems, LLC provides AI strategy, consulting, implementation, and training services to businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or services agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service apply broadly to your use of our website and serve as the baseline for all engagements unless superseded by a signed agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Welty AI Systems, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Work product created specifically for a client engagement becomes the client's property upon full payment, as outlined in the relevant SOW. Any general-purpose tools, frameworks, or methodologies we develop remain the property of Welty AI Systems, LLC.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable successful project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for the engagement
- Make timely decisions and approvals as requested
- Designate a primary point of contact for the duration of the project
- Ensure all data shared with us is legally permitted to be shared
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the applicable SOW or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause work on any engagement where payment is more than 30 days overdue.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any services agreement. We will not disclose client data, business processes, or proprietary information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Welty AI Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a services engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
